Caskade Nova Neutral is a versatile all-purpose floor cleaner that maintains the natural shine of your floors. It's a highly dilutable neutral detergent specifically designed for cleaning hard surfaces, particularly those with protective coatings or floor polish. Polished surfaces require special care, as high pH cleaners can strip away their finish. Nova Neutral is the ideal solution for preserving the integrity of expensive, high-finish floors.
Before use, it's recommended to dust mop the floor first. You can apply Nova Neutral manually or with an auto scrubber.
May be diluted stronger or weaker depending on the level of soiling and sensitivity of floor coating.
MPI Approved: C32 (All animal products except dairy) Dishes and equipment may be washed immediately or left to soak to improve results. May be rinsed prior to air or clean-towel drying. In food processing premises, after using this compound, food contact surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before production starts.
All orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received. Orders will be shipped and delivered between Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm excluding Public holidays.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@hygieneexpert.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
